Reginald Lemounte Lemmons affectionately known to all as Reggie was born on July 12, 1964, in Los Angeles, California to the loving parents of Charles and Mary Lemmons.

Reggie grew up in Los Angeles on 50th Street with his older brother Anthony and his younger brother Ronald. Reggie attended Western Avenue Elementary, Audubon Middle School, and in 1982 he graduated from Crenshaw High School.

Reggie has always had a flare for cooking, and in January of 2003, he enrolled in the St. Joseph Culinary Program to define his already natural talents of making delicious dishes.

Reggie accepted Christ at an early age, and although he had no church affiliation at the time of his passing, he was surely affiliated with the Lord. Reggie knew the Lord and loved the Lord.

Reggie loved family gatherings, watching TV, cooking and bartending. But most of all, Reggie enjoyed just chilling with friends and family, talking and doing what he did best, and that was just simply being him. Reggie was lovable, helpful to others, outgoing, with a great sense of humor and always the life of the party.

Reggie was preceded in death by his loving father, Charles Lemmons; his maternal grandfather and grandmother, UT and Lorene Childress; his paternal grandfather and grandmother, Leroy and Rose Lemmons; and his uncle, Chuck Childress.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Mary Lemmons, his brothers: Anthony Milus and Ronald Lemmons; his aunts: Bertha Hayes and Katie Dorbin, his godsister, Denise Morrison; godsons and goddaughters, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and many, many friends.
