Dianne Elima Abang Moore was born on June 15, 1959 in Ugoja, Cross River State, in Nigeria West Africa. She was the first child born to James Osang Abang and Alice Brown. Dianne accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in the Catholic Church following her family\'s tradition. Unfortunately, Dianne lost her mother at an early age and was taken in by her grandmother Elimakai, for whom she was named after. Dianne was blessed to be one of 13 siblings. Her early years with her grandmother Elimakai would be the catalyst to Dianne\'s entrepreneurial spirit. Her grandmother was a business woman selling goods and drinks in the open market in Nigeria. It is at the hip of her grandmother where Dianne would learn all the attributes of business, especially customer service.

Dianne attended primary school at Saint Georges in Lagos, Nigeria. She attended high school at Saint Louis College which was an all-girl catholic boarding school in Jos, Plateu State, Nigeria. In high school, she was an excellent student and also ran track (100 yard dash and low hurdles). At the age of 17, Dianne attended the Federal School in Ugoja, Nigeria for two years. Due to her excellent grades and hard work, she earned a scholarship that brought her to America. Upon her arrival in America at age 19, Dianne briefly lived in New York City. The cold weather in New York brought her west and she landed in Los Angeles, California.  Dianne attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business before transferring to Cal State University Los Angeles to continue her goal and dream of owning her own business. In 1985, Dianne graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles with a BS degree in Business Administration. Her professors would later say that her success in business was no surprise due to her hard work and dedication. In 1985, Dianne met an aspiring young probation officer named Matthew Moore. Dianne would later say that she felt safe with Matthew because her dad was a police officer back in Nigeria.

In 1988, Dianne opened the doors to LADY DEE\'S SKIN CARE AND DAY SPA in Beverly Hills, CA. In 1989, Dianne and Matthew welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their home named Morayo Ashley Akai Moore. The young parents were very grateful and thankful to God for such a blessing. In 1993, Dianne returned to Nigeria with Matthew and Morayo to receive her family\'s blessing before marrying Matthew. After receiving their blessing on May 22, 1993, they were married in a traditional Nigerian wedding ceremony witnessed by family and friends in her father\'s village in Ugoja, Nigeria. Upon returning to America, Dianne and Matthew’s focus was raising Morayo in a loving home while supporting each other\'s careers.

Lady Dee\'s became a huge success. Dianne had the ability to inspire outer beauty as well as inner beauty. Her clientele grew worldwide including Hollywood celebrities, athletes, entertainers, politicians and college students. She treated each and every one of her clients like royalty. Her ability to heal people\'s hearts and to lift their spirits was a gift from God and her grandmother Elimakai. Clients would often say that when you go to Lady Dee\'s you\'re not just getting a facial, you may get a prayer, blessing, motivational speech, business advice, marriage counseling, etc. If your kids were in trouble and acting out, she would call Matthew at work so he could offer advice, guidance and wisdom to teens. Dianne had a healing touch and her hands were a blessing to share with others. Dianne\'s love for her family in Nigeria was undeniable. She supported and loved them until her last days. Dianne\'s kind and loving heart for her family, friends, clients and love ones will never be forgotten and she will be truly missed.

Lady Dee loved conversation, travel and jazz. Her love of music inspired her to study drumming. She was proud of her musicianship and enjoyed her time playing with the Bobby Benson Band in her native land Nigeria.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents James Osang Abang and Alice Brown, her sisters: Teresa Abang Gellatty and Margaret Abang; her brothers: Jonah Abang and Ahmadu; Father-in-law Freddie Benjamin Moore, Sr.
