Elizabeth Hollingquest Jackson was born September 3, 1929 in Farmerville, Louisiana to Eddie and Lillie Mae Hollingquest. She was the 7th of 15 children, 9 girls & 6 boys. She attended grade school and high school in Farmerville, LA at an early age. As a young single mother of three, Margie, Carol, and Glen she labored as a sharecropper in Louisiana. It was then she met the love of her life Willie Jackson in 1945. They were married in 1950 to this union was born 5 children Rebia, Linda, Anthony, Shelia, and Cookie. They later relocated to California and attended churches. She joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend L.W. Spicer and remained a member under Dr. J.H. Waller. She attended church faithfully until her health failed her. During her tenure at Shiloh, she was active in many auxiliaries; church mother, president of the senior choir, deaconess, mission board, anniversary committee an also a member of WMU of the Pacific Missionary Baptist District Association. She also worked as a laundry worker for a maid service for 15 years.

Preceding her in her death, Husband, Willie; Parents, Eddie and Lillie; Sisters, Lillie Mae, Betye, Dorothy, and Mattie; Brothers, Booker T., Lonnie, Eddie Jr., Andy, Marvin \"Jay\", and Luther Leonard; children, Glenn and Shelia.

She leaves to cherish her memories, 6 daughters Margie (Eddie) Shreveport, LA. Carol (Howard) La Puente, CA. Linda (Tommy) Los Angeles, CA. Rebia San Jacinto, CA. Mattie (Donald) Bonita, LA, Lisa Hollingquest Los Angeles, CA. And one son Anthony Sr. (Crystal), a sister in law Edith Bakersfield, CA. 30 Grandchildren Melinda, Charmaine, Moneak, Rob, Howard, Latira, Erica, Ezra Jr., Kenzie, Jarrot, Anthony Jr., Kentrell, Arnell, Antoine, June, Denise, Krisdasha, Antoinette, Brittany, Tiffany, Wynonia, Bobby, Travion, Shinice, Devion, Hazel, Emaile, Hazel Megan, and Ebony. 36 Great-Grandchildren Zalonte, Leland, Damian, Tomoso, Laney, Raeven, Latisha, Luther IV, Dante, Tysmon, Shanecka, Trekeno, Leonard, Tay Tay, Ladijah, Jason, Lyric, Nykia, Symphony, Jahmeer, Nevaeh, Askari, Amari, Krashwn, Saryah, Legacy, Corey, Taylor, Tyler, Nylah, Antoine Jr., Xaviar, Belicya, Aceilya, Orion, and Jovian. 12 Great-Great Grandchildren Delano, Kamanai, Syriana, Zion, King, Lilyan, Zanayah, Octavion, Tysmon Jr., Kayden, Tomoso Jr. and Tomosiana a foster granddaughter Kerrina, two special play daughters, Sis. Mae Waller and Daneen Alves and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
