Carlton Hubert Webster was born May 21, 1938, in Belize City, Belize to Wilfred Webster and Mary Alexander Eber. Carlton received his education in Belize City, Belize. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in a Roman Catholic Church in Belize.

Carlton met Rosie Lee Taylor while attending Church, although there were no children born to this union; Carlton did bring his children: Sharon, Donna, Ramona, Carlton Jr., Abigail, Gregory, Candace, Fern and Curtis to join this union.

Sara Towers employed Carlton as an Environmental Specialist; he worked there for 30 years.

Cooking and dancing were some of the things Carlton enjoyed. He was friendly with an outgoing personality. He was feisty, and he had a good sense of humor. Carlton was lovable and always the life of the party. He was very giving, modest, and helpful to others, as witnessed by so many among us.

Those who preceded Carlton in death were his parents, Wilfred Webster and Mary Eber, son Steven Webster, sister Shirley Jex, brother Sylvester Webster, and grandson Lacey  Williams Jr.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Rosie Webster, children: Sharon Perkins, Donna White, Ramona Hooker, Carlton Webster Jr., Abigail Yearwood, Gregory Webster, Candace Adams, Fern White, and Curtis Webster; siblings: Rosalyn Bevans, and Raymond Flowers; granddaughters: Tamika, Shadyea-Scire, Naomi-Simone, Raione, Colby, Crystal,  Aaliyah; grandsons: Curtis Jr., Christopher, Curtis Duvonte, Chase, Aubrey, Issac, Tajon, Anthony, Andre, Aaron, Cedric Jr., and Blaine; great-grandchildren: Cedric III and Jayden; special friends: Copeland and Luella, Natasha Warren, Cristiana and Christine, Marsell, Steveana, James, and Shazi. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
