Olivia Louise Mosley, born on September 24, 1964, in Oroville, California to the parents of Elbert and Lorie Tobias. Olivia was the seventh of eight children.

Olivia attended Elementary and Junior High School and was a graduate of Las Plumas High School.

Olivia worked for the County of Los Angeles Parks and Recreation for 30 years, until her demise.

Olivia met the love of her life, Dennis Mosley and they were married on February 9, 1985. They devoted their lives to each other for 39 years.

Olivia was preceded in death by both parents Elbert and Lorie Tobias, one brother Elbert, Jr., two sisters: Marjorie Taylor and Ester Williams.

Olivia leaves to mourn her devoted husband Dennis Mosley of 39 years, one brother, John R. Tobias of Oroville, CA, three sisters: Everlean Wright of South Gate, CA, Shirley Tobias, Aretha (Terry) York of Orville, CA; three sisters-in-law: Gloria (Clarence) King, Joyce (Willie) Williams of Los Angeles, CA, and Barbara (Edwin, Sr.) Carter of Moreno Valley, CA. Although Olivia and Dennis didnâ��t have children of their own, they became the godparents of Justin York; she also nurtured Brandy Pierce as a goddaughter. Olvia
also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
