Jeffery Maurice Jackson was born August 19, 1969, to Morris Jackson and Anita W. (Moore) Jackson in Washington, D.C.; he was the youngest of the 3 children. Jeffery became affectionately known as âJeffâ to his family and friends.

Jeffery attended Lindbergh Elementary School, Hosler Middle School, Lynwood High and graduated from Paramount High in 1987. Jeffery was active in Track and Field and Basketball. He furthered his education by attending Compton College and Los Angeles Trade Technical College.

Jeffery accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized. Jeffery rededicated his life September 27, 2011, and became a member of Greater Emmanuel Temple. He was a member for 8 years under the leadership of Pastor Nisan Stewart.

Jeff recently married Latricia R. Thomas Kimble, they first met in middle school and they continued their friendship during high school. They reconnected in 2014 and they were married on February 17, 2018. Their love for each other was comparable to none, and a true testament of God\'s Grace. Jeff had a son, Jalen Jackson with Lanenon Whitehead, and Latricia had Anthony Jr., Latricia âLil Mama,â Asia, and Aubrey, they became a blended family.

Jeff was worked for Liberty Industrial Group, for 20 years, he was a Journeyman Carpenter and became a Foreman. Jeff was a dedicated father and loved his sons very much. Jeff was a lovable, kind, and a humorous person. If you ever had a conversation with him you would know he had no filter whatsoever, he truly spoke his mind.  Jeff loved his job and was faithful to his church. Before Jeff passed away he had rededicated his life to the Lord, and praises to God were always on his lips.

Jeff was preceded in death by his brother Cardaos White, grandparents: Lilleton Stewart, Mandy Stewart, Butler and Elizabeth Jackson; cousins: Dietrick Armstead and Jerrah Armstead.

He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Latricia R. Jackson, children: Jalen Jackson, LaQuan Payne, Anthony Scott, Jr., Latricia D. Scott, Asia Scott and Aubrey Scott; parents Anita J. Moore and Morris Jackson, sister Chiquita (Blake) Patterson, grandchildren: Princeton Payne, and Ava Washington. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.
