Ersenia Alexander was born October 19, 1958, in Los Angeles, California to Lucious Alexander and Cora Lee Newman, she was the third child of eight.

Ersenia received her education in the Los Angeles Unified School District. She later became affiliated with Arc Mid-Cities.

Ersenia accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Mt. Beulah Missionary Baptist Church.

Ersenia enjoyed listening to music, Michael Jackson was one of her favorite artists and she enjoyed watching TV. She was lovable, kind, and friendly.

Ersenia was preceded in death by her mother, Cora Newman-Maddox, father, Lucious Alexander, sister, Myleaka Alexander, and brother Olando \"Governor\" Alexander.

She leaves to cherish her memories, sisters: Lafiettera â��Candyâ�� Alexander, Beverly Owens, Rosie Alexander, Rachelle Alexander, and Artitia Stansberry; an uncle, Charles Brooks, and her extended family at Centinela Skilled Nursing Facility and Wellness Center. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
