Fannie Holt was born June 21, 1933, to Mr. Simon Holt and Mrs. Mary Holt in Corsicana, Texas. She was number five of her siblings. Fannie received Christ at an early age. She attended the Church of The Living God P.G. of T. Fannie was a faithful member and was very involved in the Church Ministries. In 1952 she was joined in marriage to James Rudd a career Army man. They lived in Dallas, Texas, and later moved to Los Angeles, California where they share a happy and loving marriage until James passed away on May 7, 1997. Fannie worked in the health care field for many years. She leaves to cherish her memories a sister, Katie Lee Hall of Dallas, TX, three brothers: Samuel Holt of Houston, TX, Ossie Jackson (Anita) of Saginaw, MI, and Robert Jackson (Carol) of Long Beach, CA; two godchildren, Kacy Horn and Elle Horn, ten great-godchildren, and five great-great-godchildren. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends as well as special friends: Bro. Earnest Brown of Inglewood, CA, Sister Dollie Kirks of Los Angeles, CA, Sister Betty Burns of Long Beach, CA; Sister Mary Tidwell of Los Angeles, CA, and a wonderful Pastor, Bishop David Taylor and wife Helen.
