In Loving Memory of Jordan Michael Xavier Griffin
May 18, 2001 - September 19, 2019
Jordan Michael Xaiver Griffin was born at Reseda Hospital in
Reseda, California on May 18, 2001, to David Griffin and Jessica Rudolph, he
was the 1st of 4 children. Jordan accepted Christ at an early age and was
baptized at Parkcrest Christian Church.
Jordan attended Jordan High School in Long Beach, CA; he
furthered his education attending Long Beach City College, Long Beach, CA.
Jordan was a well-known skateboarder throughout the city of Long Beach. He was
a member of Parkcrest Christian Church for several years under the leadership
of Pastor Scott Schlatter.
Jordan enjoyed skateboarding, basketball and designing clothing.
He was a handsome young man full of life and personality. He always left an
impression on everyone he met. Jordan could sing, rap act, dance, play
basketball, design clothes, and skateboard. He wanted to be an entrepreneur
owning his own business and he also wanted to coach youth basketball. He was
well known at Houghton Skatepark and was sponsored by United Dead Hommies,
Good Bacon, Lightwork, and numerous other skate brands. Jordan will be
remembered by many as a respectable young man.
Jordan is preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Jules
Rudolph, Louisiana Dalton, and Mary Benson, his great-great-grandparents Allen
and Julia Ward, and Mary Hayes.
Those left to cherish is memories are mother Jessica Rudolph,
father David Griffin, grandparents: Barry Rudolph, Rochelle Moros (Michael)
Becky Ross, Mary Benson, Annette Francine Hayes, and Michael Griffin; siblings:
Justin Griffin, Jemari Rudolph, Davon Griffin, Jasmine Charles, Jewel Graham,
Lelonna Mitchell and Alanna Mitchell; great-grandparents: Eleanor Allen,
Rosella, Bernette Rudolph, Richard Hayes, and Bill Kizer; uncles and
aunts: Alex Moros (Tiffany), Rebecca Ross, and David Ross;
special friends Jon Wagner, Rick Nelson, Brianna Parnell, Aniya
Green and Richard Graham. He also leaves a host of cousins, other relatives,
