In Loving Memory of Charles Williams, Jr.

September 23, 1933 - July 18, 2019

Charles Edward Williams Jr. was born September 23, 1933, in Waco, Texas to Mr. Charles Williams Sr. and Mrs. Ethel Williams.

Charles received his education in Waco, Texas, after his schooling Charles joined the United States Army and served his country for 35 years. He then moved to California, where he met and married the love of his life Latanya (maiden name). They were married on February 23, 1986. There were no children born to this union, but Charles did have a daughter from a previous relationship.

Charles worked for Abbey Medical as a Truck Driver for 20 years until he retired.

Charles accepted Christ and was baptized at New Starlight Tabernacle under the leadership of Pastor Helen Jackson in Lynwood, CA. Charles was a member and a Deacon.

Andrew loved to be around family and friends; he enjoyed the beach and just life itself. He was like our own personal photographer who took a thousand photos and videos of everyone‚s life moments, and we will forever cherish those moments.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Joe Eddie Williams, Howard Johnson, Junior, and R.D.; and his only sister Marie Mule.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Latanya Williams, his daughter, sisters-in-law: Jovita Jackson, Nickchole Green, Melody Wallace, Ashleigh Lindsey, and Linda McPheters, brothers-in-laws: Raymond McPheters Sr., and Basil Jackson; He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. He will truly be missed.
