In Loving Memory of John Eddie  Heary, Sr.

January 27, 1931 - November 15, 2018

John Eddie Heary also was known as "PaPa" "Poppy," and "Pop," was called to his eternal reward on Thursday, November 15, 2018. John was born on January 27, 1931, in St James, Louisiana to Maurice Heary and Louise Mire Heary. He was one of five children. John served as a United States Marine and served his country proudly. John was employed at L. A. Period Furniture Manufacturing for over twenty years. He attended John C. Fremont Adult School.

He was joined in matrimony to Veronica Gloria Evans and from that union came two sons John "Johnny" and Keith, Sr.

John leaves to cherish his memory his sons John (Beverly), and Keith Sr. (Tamika Christian); grandchildren: Stacie (Will), Keith, Jr. (Bridget), Kaylynn, and Makala; great-grandchild, Tobias, brother Jessnel (Hannah), sisters-in-laws Elnora Wilson, and Peggy Washington, brother-in-law Landry Evans and a host of nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Maurice and Louise, sister Norma, and brothers Morris, and Elmore.
