In Loving Memory of Mary Alice Jones-White

July 11, 1951 - May 22, 2018

Mary Alice Jones was born July 11, 1951, in Albany, Georgia to Willie Jones and Franke Lee Jones. She was
educated in the Albany, Georgia School System, graduating from Monroe High School. Mary enjoyed
playing basketball.

Mary accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized. She attended Mount Zion Baptist Church in Beverly
Hills, California.

She was employed as an RN, she was the Floor Nurse in charge of giving orders and caring for others.

Mary was a very caring person who was always available to help those in need. She liked playing basketball and telling jokes with the family, she loved being with her family.  Mary was loving, ambitious, and outspoken. She was the backbone of the household, the Shero to the family. She took people in as her own and saw the good in everyone.  Bless people, pay it forward.

Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Jackson.  Those left to cherish her memories are husband, Joseph White, children: Renae, Marcus, Rickey, Brison, Zhivago, and Deanna; brother, Willie Charles Jones, and sister, Rosalee Williams, grandchildren: Alexus, Tosha, Destiny, Diamond, Marcus Jr., Eli, Zhiyah, Zhiroyle, Kendra, Gracie, and Donyah; and one great-grandchild, Jarki. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
