In Loving Memory of Ollie Clay May, Jr.

January 19, 1958 - May 24, 2018

Ollie C. May, Jr. was born on January 19, 1958, in Osceola, Arkansas to the union of Malissa and Ollie May, Sr.

In 1962, the family relocated to Los Angeles, CA, where Ollie received his education with the Los Angeles Unified School District. He attended Nevin Elementary, Carver Middle School, and Thomas Jefferson High School.

Ollie was a very loving and affectionate person who had a smile that was very contagious. He was loved by everyone who knew him.

For 15 plus years he worked for Neighborhood Market as a butcher until he became ill in 2008. On May 26, 2018, Ollie was called home to be with the Lord.

Ollie was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Malissa May, and two sisters, Pamela May, and Vivian Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Mr. Ollie May, Sr., his brothers: Christopher, Garland and Anthony May; his nieces: Lakeesha Fletcher (Kevin) and Tashawnna Morris (Ronald); four great-nieces, two great-nephews, his Inglewood Healthcare Center family, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
